Recognizing that poverty is deeply rooted in historical legacies and global structural inequalities, we work with adolescents and youth from underserved communities in Kenya to create safe spaces, expand access to opportunities and resources, and nurture their confidence and voice, laying the foundation for them to achieve their full potential and thrive.

Social justice
We are committed to challenging systemic inequalities that keep young people at the margins, preventing them from achieving their full potential. Our work is grounded in the belief that every adolescent deserves the chance to thrive, no matter where they were born.
Equity
Equity, not just equality, is the foundation of how we work alongside youth. We recognize that not all young people start from the same place, and some may need more support to thrive. By focusing on the unique strength and needs of each young person, we meet them where they are and walk with them toward a future where they can grow and belong.
Inclusion
We create and nurture spaces where all young people, regardless of gender, background, or ability, can feel seen, heard, and valued.
Agency and voice
We believe in the value of every young person's voice, and consider it a fundamental responsibility to listen to their perspectives. We do not impose solutions. Instead, we encourage young people to express themselves and make independent choices.
Community-rooted leadership
Our interventions and decisions are led by young people with lived experience who grew up in the communities where we work. They understand the challenges better than anyone else. We hire our teams locally to ensure that our work is always guided by the needs and perspectives of the community. By listening and learning from them, we co-create solutions that are truly relevant.
